BeerpongMe Help Open App

About the Developer - Lorenz Schubert

Hi, I’m Lorenz - developer and operator of BeerpongMe. This page is the person behind the help articles, in case you want to know who’s writing.

A bit about me

BeerpongMe is my side project. What started as a digital scorekeeper for a few flat-share nights has grown over time into a full-fledged league and tournament platform - with everything that comes with it: player profiles, live brackets, statistics, cross-platform apps. I build the app myself (Angular / Ionic / Capacitor) and take care of the backend, deployment and the content here in the Help Center too.

The app runs in the browser as a PWA and is available as a native app in the Google Play Store. Both are free to use; a few extras sit behind an optional premium subscription.

How these articles are written

An article in the Help Center is written after the feature is finished and tested in the real app - not alongside development, and not from a concept document. Every screenshot comes from the running app, never from a mockup. When a feature changes, the article is updated and gets a new modification date; you’ll find it right under the heading of every article.

German articles come first, the English version follows. If you spot something that no longer matches the app, tell me - I’d much rather hear about a wrong instruction than have it sit there unnoticed.

Contact

For feedback, bug reports or feature requests, the fastest way to reach me is Instagram @beerpongme. I read every message personally and usually reply within a few days.

Have fun playing - and if you ever set up a beer pong league or a tournament somewhere in your city, let me know. I always love to hear about real use cases from the community.
